What ever become of the new wood fired BBQ restaurant that was supposed to be going in at the old Lending Textile complex on Basin Street? I tried ACME BBQ and they are good (and I see they are expanding to Muncy- on main street across from the Sunoco station where the ice cream shop used to be), but I was looking forward to this wood fired place. Last time I was by all I say was a 1/2 of a shell of an old building there and nothing going on.

I was just wondering that myself the other day while talking to some friends. One person pointed out that it's Stoppers who are doing it so who knows. I kind of shook my head in agreement since it's Stoppers too who seem to have the old Fowler Motors building and were converting it to what looks like shops, but seem to be taking their good sweet time finishing it. Maybe that's how they roll.
