They're going to convert the Scottish Rite into upscale condominiums. They even say in the article (www.sungazette.com/page/content.detail/id/566675/CREATIVE-RE-USE.html?nav=5011) they are doing this with the intent to fill it with gasholes. Great, they're the only ones who will likely be able to afford it, but what about when they are gone in 10 years?

This town and area is going to be so fucked when this gas boom is over.
