Is it The Mummer's Parade, or The Mummer's Day Parade? I have always heard it referred to in media and word of mouth as simply The Mummer's Parade. Not until recently - this year I think is the first - have I seen it referred to as The Mummer's Day Parade. I just spotted it again in the SG in an article about the Facebook Group "You know you're from the port if..." They mention in the article that the creator of that group on Facebook and one from a similar group pertaining to South Williamsport are going to have a float in the Mummer's Day Parade. Not sure why or when the Day got put in there.
