I read in Entertainment Weekly yesterday that ABC has axed the new Charlie's Angels. No big surprise there. I never even bothered considering watching it - the only reason I would have given it a look would be to see that hottie Minka Kelly, but otherwise I had no interest in seeing it. NBC cancelled the Playboy Club too right after it debuted. The crap that the networks are putting out these days...geez. It seems to be just like with the Hollywood movies - nothing original, just re-hash some old 70's or 80's hit.
Now I did set my DVR to record the new episodes of Beavis and Butthead on MTV starting this coming Thursday. I'm just curious to see how that goes. I used to watch them back in the 90's when I had nothing better to do. Supposedly B&B are stuck watching today's version of MTV and commenting on the shows like Jersey Shore and whatever else - since MTV isn't about Music Television anymore they won't have their heavy metal videos to comment upon I guess.

I only watch a few shows and I have the DVR set to record them. Hawaii 5-0, NCIS, CSI (original), Criminal Minds, American Chopper- Jr vs Sr, IRT and IRT deadliest roads, Ax Men, Swamp People, Swamp Loggers, Top Shot and Triple D. I just switched back to Comcast and I've discovered the Smithsonian channel. A lot of my surfing is of History, NatGeo, the discovery family and stuff like that. There isn't too much on the networks that interests me.

I’m with you Mike. I watch mostly business shows on Fox Business and CNBC, history, nature and science programming. What number is the Smithsonian Channel? Oh, and I watch the Penn State games on Saturday. A few other exceptions are Pawn Stars, Pickers, Everyday Italian on the Cooking Channel and the Weather Channel. For a while I watched re-runs of CSI Miami, but that was when I was recuperating from knee surgery and couldn’t do much else.
