It's that time again. I was out on 15 earlier and they have all the orange pylons all over between Beiter's and Little League. What a mess! Glad I don't have to be up there trying to get out or pull in to Beiter's. Once or twice past is bad enough. I forgot to watch that special on Ch. 16 about things to do in Williamsport besides the LLWS - I figured I could use that as a guide of places I DON'T want to be this coming week and a half.
